Who handles your data

Data controller: the owner of the MAX WANTED project, based in Italy. Contact: hello@maxwanted.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address, the plan you're interested in, the language you use on the site, the date you gave consent and your approximate country (detected automatically by the Cloudflare network; your IP address is not stored).

Why we use it

Only to tell you when MAX WANTED opens and to send you news about the project (updates, plans, offers reserved for people on the list). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Until you withdraw your consent, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last email you opened.

Who else sees it

Your data is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our data processor with appropriate safeguards for transfers outside the EU. We never sell or share your data with anyone.

Cookies and embedded videos

This site uses no tracking cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server. Official trailers are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): the video player only loads when you press play, and from that moment YouTube's own privacy policy applies. Video preview images are loaded from YouTube's image servers.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@maxwanted.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
