GTA 6 Vice City cars filmed on a closed Miami street: live-action trailer, or just fan theory?
A convoy, a camera car and a drone have fans guessing at a live-action trailer. Rockstar says nothing, and one TikToker says the campaign cost him his job.
Fans have filmed a convoy of cars with Vice City plates on a closed Miami street, and some think Rockstar is shooting a live-action GTA 6 trailer. That is a rumor. TweakTown and Notebookcheck (around October 21, 2026) describe supercars and classic cars near Bayside Marketplace, led by a car with a rig-mounted camera, with a drone overhead. Rockstar has not commented.
What was seen
| Detail | Status |
|---|---|
| Customized supercars and classic cars with Vice City / Leonida-style plates | Reliable report (fan video, relayed by several outlets) |
| Police-closed street near Bayside Marketplace | Reliable report |
| Camera car and drone | Reported by fans; not confirmed by Rockstar |
| Live-action trailer | Rumor |
| Cars built by West Coast Customs | Secondary attribution, unconfirmed |
These look like real vehicles, not game assets, which fits the earlier Miami cars campaign. A film crew does not by itself mean a trailer: it could be photos, ads or social content. Fan theories matching actors to the main characters are speculation, and we do not repeat them.
The fired TikToker
Separately, TikToker Graham Simmon says he lost his job after posting an unboxing of the Vice City beach chairs and umbrellas in mid-October. Kotaku, Dexerto and GTABoom relay his account; in a follow-up around October 20 he called it his own fault. This rests on his word alone: no employer is named and nothing outside his videos confirms it. Dexerto ties the gear to a roughly $4 million deal with Boucher Brothers, but that figure is not an official Rockstar number. More on the beach gear in our Miami takeover report.
What it means
With about four weeks to launch, Rockstar is working through physical stunts more than trailers. If a live-action spot appears, it would be official only once posted on Rockstar’s channels. Until then, treat it as a theory. All confirmed dates are in the release date guide.

FAQ
Is Rockstar making a live-action GTA 6 trailer?
Not confirmed. Outlets report fans speculating after a convoy of Vice City-plated cars with a camera car and drone was filmed in Miami. Rockstar had not commented as of October 21, 2026.
