Walmart’s GTA 6 pre-orders reportedly come with a mystery “surprise and delight” bag
Insider Gaming, Beebom and Rectify Gaming relay a store memo and a listing shared on social media. Nobody knows what is inside, and Walmart and Rockstar haven't commented.
Walmart's GTA VI pre-orders are reported to include a mystery “surprise and delight” bag, according to Insider Gaming, Beebom and Rectify Gaming on November 1–2, 2026. It would apply to the physical PS5 and Xbox Series X|S editions and ship from November 12. Neither Walmart nor Rockstar has confirmed it, so this is a reliable report, not an announcement.

Insider Gaming says its report rests on social media claims, and the listing screenshot circulated by an X user is not something we could check ourselves. Treat the details as provisional.
What we don't know
Nobody has said what is in the bag. Some outlets float posters, a map, badges or keychains, but those are guesses by the writers, not leaked contents. Rectify Gaming notes that retailers did similar giveaways for big launches such as the Switch 2, which makes a small swag bag plausible, not confirmed.
What it means for you
- The boxed game is a download code in a box, not a disc. Read our physical edition guide for what that means for collectors and resale.
- November 12 is also the day pre-load opens; see pre-load and file size. Boxes from some retailers reach buyers that day.
- Prices and editions are covered in our pre-order and edition guide. Official US prices apply; retailer bags don't change them.
We will update this page if Walmart or Rockstar publishes the bag's contents. MAX WANTED is an independent fan site and not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Walmart.
